Internal Medicine

Prim. Med. rat. Prof. Dr. Dietmar Steinbrenner was born in Austria in 1945 and grew up in Linz an der Donau. From 1963 until 1970, he studied medicine at the University of Vienna.

• Since 1980: specialist for internal medicine in private practice
• Since 1982: authorised and certified expert in court on internal medicine for the regional court for handling civil matters in Vienna
• 1997: Medical Officer
• Until 2005: Member of the Claims Commission of the Vienna Physicians Association
• 2009: bestowal of the title: Full Professor
• Until 2010: permanent member of the independent Health Committee at the Association of Austrian Social Security Funds since its inception
• Until 2010: member of the Electoral Complaints Commission of Welfare Funds at the Vienna Physicians Association
• Since 2010: member of the Arbitration Committee at Vienna General Hospital (AKH)
• Since 2016: member of the Disciplinary Committee at the Association of Forensic Experts
